This is a bit short sighted in that adsense is not the only game in
town. Direct affiliation works excellent in this niche. "Accessories"
are a huge market that adsense does not participate in. Retailers,
manufacturers and distributes will affiliate directly but you'll need to develop a stie.

As for affiliate programs...if you visit the site you should see I found one that works real well. I would actually recommend them to anyone who has a site centered on cannabis. They have great payouts, easy to meet thresholds, and good affiliate support.
