Marchex Sitebox?

What's Marchex Sitebox? I got an email trying to solicit my portfolio "by invitation only". They sent it to my DNS email, so I don't think they're personally targeting me, and I doubt they know anything about my actual portfolio, but ... anyone have any experience with them? Is this just an unsolicited email I should toss aside?
