OK, not looking to sell this one, but bought it yesterday, www.ManUforum.com - Manchester Unitied Forum, i was quite suprised to see it available, especially with manuforum.co.uk pointing to a popular forum

.co.uk
have been taken up.

so what you guys think, reg fee, or more???
does it have development potential, i think it does, which is what i'm planning on doing. ManuForum.com Registrar History: 2 registrars with 1 drop.
IP History: 7 changes on 5 unique name servers over 2 years.

best option for a fan-forum concerning manu. mid to high xxx possible, my recommendation: create a project, collect members and try to sell it later.

I'd second that opinion above. Develop it as a forum first. Maybe aim it at Manchester United fans worldwide with the .com address. The natural place, forum, most UK'ers would go to on this particular subject would be a co.uk address.

If you do it right, worldwide you should get high numbers of forum users from around the globe who love this football club, though I can't think why, being an Aston Villa supporter myself.

Ought to attract high traffic though which can only help the end value to increase exponentially.
