I dont have a credit card - therefore i cant put pop ups to earn money
i dont have paypal - therefore i cant sell my layouts

people can only send money to my mailbox. so what should I do if i want to make money? open up a portpolio site?

paypal sucks!!!

you need to a credit card because they will charge you 1.95... then you need to see the transaction list and check the 4 digit code of the paypal charge (so they can refund you)
and to complete the membership you need to have an USA account!!! (very bad!!! not everyone live in the USA)

try moneybookers! you don't need to verify nothing... and they are easily funded by bank transfer!

nova isn't any good place for selling things. you can get like 1 dollar for a really proffesional layout, because there is almost only teens at nova. there is much better places where you can get more money

I have read great things about Ikobo and the best thing is they send you an ATM card so you can withdraw money from your Ikobo account from local ATMs.
I haven´t tried it personally but as I said I have read nothing but praises about their service.

Paypal is my favourite though there're some bad words about it. It works just fine for me.
Moneybookers and Egold may be your alternatives providing that paypal doesn't support your country.
