They are very low maintenance. They are gaing loads of backlinks daily via trackbacks, and every post is sent to Twitter which brings a load of traffic. I have been manually promoting the main site in twitter also, takes a few minutes a day. Also dropped some links of forums, blog posts and comments, dir subs etc

They are all on the same theme, a highly customised Facebook replica, I have added custom random Gravatars, and tidied the layout and Ad placement.
