I found this service to make free calls anywhere in the world (i really meant anywhere) not restricted to any certain countries. However they allow only 10 minutes calls per day. Its not that bad when you get to call any country for free.

First 3 or 4 days there were not prblems but after that they has started asking to buy credits no more free 10 minutes per day even they say so.

I think cheapest is Skype.
