Last year i used 30 000 norwegian kr for 3 months since i am living in UK and my girl live in Norway, and i am still living here and i have now got a phonebill on 10 000 kr (i know we arent so smart)

Jim, why don't just use skype and talk with your girl friend for free? You won't get any payments then. Every one can talk with free with it, and I guess everybody in Norway has connection.
