I love that old lady, don't know her name. She's terrible - making all kinds of weird sounds and having all kind of twitches etc...she always freaks people out. Dang it, this will keep me up all night trying to remember her name.

naw it's another lady - she has an annoying cough, always pisses people off. She's an OLD lady. Miss swan is the chinese woman, the one I'm talking about is not chinese..he he..
