Hello Everyone!

My name is Stan. I’m a newbie domainer and this is my first post on any domain forum. Below are some domains I have recently registered (some are only hours old). Most of the names are ones I like and have some idea about how I would develop them. I would love to hear any feedback you guys have on these domains, especially the retail value estimates for end users and development potential.

As you can see, I tried to register close variations of the domain when it was possible and feasible; I’m thinking this will allow the end user to “own” the name to some degree and increase it’s value. Do you have any thoughts about this strategy?

I’m thinking of putting some of these up for auction on GoDaddy this week. I know that domainers take the age of a domain into consideration but I’m thinking age probably doesn’t really matter to an end user, so long as they like or love the name, do you agree?

P.S. - After looking through the rules I didn’t see anything that made me think I have included too many names in a single post for appraisal, but if doing so is considered in poor taste please let me know (I’m just anxious to see what others think about some of my choices). If you can’t evaluate all the names please give your thoughts on the ones that you can.

Let me know if you have questions or need more info. Thanks in advance.

MegaGega.com - to me this sounds like some vitamin or nutrient supplement that already exists, but it doesn't yet :)

VoomVoomVoom.com - this makes me think of the sound of an engine revving. I want to connect it to the auto industry. Any development ideas for this?

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.

These two are the only ones that interest me as far as making a comment. I would totally dump the 'monger' keyword from my reg list Feels 0-$X

I appreciate your comment about FunMonger.com and I understand it. The word monger does have a negative connotation (like a fishmonger) but I’m thinking it brings some edge to the bright and sunny word fun; it kind of makes it seem like the website is breaking the rules by helping people to have fun. Modern day prohibition? lol

The phrase "We sell fun." Immediately came to mind as a tagline. Perhaps it could be a site that sells games, toys or even bikes...anything fun.

Thanks again for your comments. I hope more people have some thoughts about these hidden gems I have found which have never been discovered since the internet began….lol

Welcome to NP

I dont see much value in these, there is no point grabbing the name with the words reversed, just register the one that makes the most sense

LuxuryBling.com is probably the one name with some potential IMO

Names like VoomVoomVoom just dont sell in this day and age

My advice would be to read, read and then read some more on this forum to get as much knowledge as you can about domains, it will save you money in the long run

Also check out namebio.com to se what type of names sell

I appreciate the two comments so far. Does anyone else have thoughts? End user value estimates?

Thanks

End user value requires an end user wanting your specific domain.
I am not sure many of these will have much demand.
