True this is not the most used query but people still search this term and there is a market around this keyword. The search trend for this keyword has been stable since 2007 with spikes in January, February of each year.

Don't see the connection between the domain's name and Ontario or Ohio.

Most of the targeted traffic this domain could acquire is in the UK or UK relevant (expats).

London, Ontario is a city with close to half a million population, not exactly a one-horse town -- I wouldn't dismiss it as a potential market.

The expat market is a sensible choice for a target market of course, but that's a highly competitive market where most of the ad money (at a glance) seems to be going towards brand awareness, rather than keywords. Not without reason -- I don't know where you got your search/CPC data, but SpyFu, SEMrush and WordTracker all show vastly less search volume than your figure above (46, 30 and 0 exact match, respectively.) That would tend to push it pretty far down in value in my view, mid-$xx to a travel marketer. You'd probably come out better building a light site on it yourself.
