The true cost of lust(.us)
Does anyone really know the true cost of lust(.us)? Sounds like an expose on 20/20 ...
The two previous posts are right on. Mature/adult dictionary terms like taboos, adultry, multipleorgasms which I have/had in the .us extension. (the names that is ... boy, one has to watch his phrasing) received low $xxx offers for me so far. I kept taboos.us thinking it is worth more and much more if developed.
If all you're looking for is a quick profit, dump it for a couple hundred. If you want to make some real money on it over time, develop it, affiliate program it, lease it, etc. - 4 character dictionary terms are easy to remember, pronounce, market, promote.
Part of this has to do with the slower-than-we'd-like but gradual progression of use of the .US extension. If the US used its country code like the .CO.UK and .DE your name's value would be low $x,xxx as-is and mid $x,xxx developed IMO. But the .us is still a toddler, lotta room to grow.
Good luck.
