So i got a bid of XX$ for one of my domains. there's 2 hours left. Flippa recommended me to lower my reserve to XX+1 $ So next bid will reach the reserve price.

What do you recommend me to do ?

BTW: my current reserve is twice the amount of current bid.

Thanks!

No one can really advise you on this.
If you want to shift it and would be happy with the next bid then lower it.
If you wouldn't be happy then maybe lower it a bit and comment that it has been lowered, it might entice more bidders. Its your call.

If you really want to sell then do that, it will sell for sure. Else, you always can negotiate after the sale.
Most action happens in the last hour anyway. GL

Its a standard option which flippa advises.. Its up to you to lower to price to make it sell for that price or as STP said above, there is always an option to send offers to those who were watching that auction..Cheers..!!

will the new, lower reserve be higher than > "acquisition cost + listing fee + any other fee's that apply" ?

or in other words, what will be your "net" received after all expenses for that domain?

that, would be deciding factor

imo....

Thank you very much for your comments, I lowered a bit so all watchers would "wake up" and take action. No one has bidded since then.. So I made an offer (Was I wrong doing this move?), one rejected it. Can I counter-offer with a lower price to the same one who rejected my last offer?

Thanks again !

You need to use your salesman skills. Know the price you want and figure out the best way to get it. We can't answer this for you.

Yeah I did my math, my question is can i counter-offer my own counter-offer? Example:

He offered xx
I countered x+50
And now I want to counter x+30.

Is that possible?

No, you have to wait until he counters before you can counter.

Once he has rejected you cant counter offer..! The process goes like this. You send the offer, he has 3 options ( Accept, Counter offer , reject). If he counter offers then your negotiation process continue..
