Low EPC - What do I do ?

Hi gang,

I recently purchased an adult domain on Sedo that was advertised as getting about 700 hits a month. I've been pleased with the results so far, but think I can do much better. Since the beginning of the month I'm averaging 80 uniques and 36 clicks a day. The EPC is what concerns me though, I'm only making around .05 a click. Is this Sedo being stingy or am I doing something wrong on my end. At the beginning of the month I bought keyword elite and have been getting to know what it can do.

Any help would be appreciated....
