I think it's a good offer since I'm having trouble seeing an obvious commercial use for this domain. I'm not saying there isn't one, it's just not jumping out at me.

I think the domain has greater value than the proposed offer.

With desperate men joining so many desperate dating sites in a desperate search for a desperate lover, the time and hassel it takes, (and I'm only guessing cuz I'm not a desperate man !!!) to check all the dating sites and to remember your log in details, LoveAlerts.com sounds like the perfect site to notify your email account, when the Desperate Lover finally responds.

On the other hand maybe the offer is fair as Dating Sites seem to have been hijacked by West African Scam Artists, taking advantage of Desperate Men.
