I also have some 150 TLD related to Luck, Lottery, Raffles.
In English and German.
Majority *.com - some *.net

I also actually do have a complete system readily coded in php to run an internationally legal raffels & (home)-lottery operation (Invested some 3 years and approx $ 300,000 into coding it and making it perfect and fully operational)

Not sure if I want to let go, look for collaboration to get it flying, or just hang on to it?

Most domains associated I have had for 13+ years.

Some (like Verlosungsforum.com) (German: Raffleforum) have been active until last week - did not move the pbb to the new server of mine (yet)

Ideas and suggestion would be welcome since I am new to the idea of ever selling my domains....
Had some 700 and let most slip into expiring, which is sort of silly, since I had kept them for so long, dont want to make the same mistake with the rest....

Anyone experienced willing to take the time to educate me would be highly appreciated!

I dont know the details of your business model but If you invested more then $300k and also 3 years into developing this business then why not hang in there? if it's due to financial constraints then maybe you can consider selling a portion of the business off to an investor?

If you do decide to sell the whole business then maybe it would be a good idea to contact the folks at empire flippers (website brokers) and see if they might be be able to help you sell the entire business to any of their contacts.

If you want to learn specifically about domain trading then grab some coffee, get comfortable and head over to this section:

Highly Appreciated. Thanks!

Fair Question - Fair Answer:
I still believe this to be one of the best concepts I ever had / ever came accross - BUT: Tickets are sold online, so some form of Credit Card Payment needs to be possible.
However: Unless you are a big player in the industry allready you'll face payment commissions for "gambling" (even so the way I had it built really is NOT gambling) run up to 35%
Now, with traditional gambling endusers dont know your calculation - its different with home-raffles, since everybody is able to guess the "true market value" of a home AND also is able to compute x-number of tickets offered times x-amount/ticket. Impossible to "hide" one third for Credit Card Clearance alone AND impossible to explain to participants in short and clear words so that they will accept that basically they are being ripped off by the bank and not by the operator of the website.
Despite 3 years of exploring all possible ways I was able to think of (and I am creative!) - we were not able to solve that problem.
(Another one being that the USA seems to go to great length to prevent American Credit Card owners from participating in online "gambling" - that's an entire different league yet again to bypass these systems. *sigh*)

Other than that it would be the perfect win-win-win situation:
* Owner of the property receives a fair market price for his property even in shaky market-situations
* The odds to win are WAY(!!!!) better than with traditional lotteries
* The company running the operation "fully automated" can make a very nice profit on the long run.

We simply underestimated the difficulties to supply a decent payment method for participants, so in the end it did not help that we had build a "perfect & fair system" (plus have all the domains needed to run it), so we had to shut it down.

For any traditional online casino it would be a great addition to differ themselves from what their competition has to offer - but the people in charge with these casinos are almost impossible to contact.

Hence: There probably are better and tougher people out there than us, so it really is a great opportunity to grab a bundle someone else (me/us) has done all the leg-work for already.

Ahh okay that makes sense now, understand where you are coming from.

Hmmm I really do think it would be a good idea to contact Empire Flippers. They might be able to move the business to anyone in their existing client base.
