I'm looking to sell my free web hosting company http://www.v3host.net.

How many Free Members do you have - 411 and growing

The server is with surfspeedy and is paid up until April 2008, the only thing that needs paying is the cpanel license which costs $8 per month.

I have a dedicated server with cpanel that I own and operate. I assume if I purchased, I could easily transfer everything to that and host it off of there?

Its a Core2Duo E6600, 2GB ram, 250GB harddrive, and like 2TB Bandwidth.

If so what price range are we talking? Are you wanting 10 Months of revenue? ~400$?

Yes everything can be transferred easily, I'll also help to transfer if you like. I'm looking for offers around $500 but it can be negotiated.
