Hi, I am looking for a programmer to launch and customize a community forum with an additional photo gallery type script.
What will be needed from you:
- Must be within or be close to the Eastern Canadian time zone so that our working hours are around the same time.
- Accept paypal as payment.
- Must use msn messenger as primary method of communication.
- Knowledge on starting a forum, finding a hosting plan, using and customizing vbulletin software and writing php scripts from scratch are a must.
I will be providing the layout and designs.
