Hi, I need a programmer to create me a vaction/holiday rental advertisment script.

Here is what required:

-Must live in UK or USA(or some where were ther is not much of a time difference)
-All cash will be sent via paypal on completion.
-You must have msn messenge and be on nealy everyday.
-Programe must be in php unless you can create a good cpanel.
