Looking to create an affiliate program.

I'm seeking a script that allows me the ability to create a affiliate program with different levels of participation. The script should have the ability to duplicate my site (by creating a subdomain or mysite.com/affiliatesite), and also have the ability to brand sites (custom or whitelabel) while utilizing our database and platform.
If anyone knows where I could find this script or could create it please advise.
My budget is flexible.
