Full Time XHTML coder & Programmer

Hello to all,

I am currently seeking someone who can do both ( XHTML & Program a website ) When I say program, I mean having the ability to create a script from scratch and install it on a website.

I am not looking to hire anyone, I just need to have resources so when I get customers I can deliver high quality work and have the ability to offer my customers a full website not just a design.
