Looking to Build Messenger App for Android

Something similar to belugapods.com. We need a quote for a messenger application that would be able to have it's own database of users and the ability to send messages between other android phones.

The user should be able to make a custom profile for themselves with username.

Ability to search users, keep friends list, and browse other peoples profiles is needed.
