Hallo,
Our small team(now only 2 peoples) is looking for a good designer(knowing css/xhtml ) that would like to take part in our team... i'm manager of the team sometimes making small jobs... the other guy is creating all kind of php scripts/cms systems etc... i take 30-50% from the amount of budget as manager(it depends on the sum) we had a good designer, but he left because of his studies(no time for job)...
