Looking for template coders

Hello recently I have a high volume of web projects and I am looking for a coder to team up with me. You need to be able to code in xhtml/css and a small amount of php would be handy but is not needed. All templates are created in photoshop so photoshope would be required so that you can slice the template then code in xhtml/css. Coding jobs run anywhere from $20-100 pending on the job and the template. If intrested please pm me.
