Looking for someone experienced in SEO

Hi guys, not sure if this is the right section but i couldn't think of where else to post it, anyway, I am looking for someone experienced in SEO to optimize a UK based gambling related portal.

I really am a bit clueless as to where to look for such services, Am i looking in the right place? Can anyone recommend a seo website / company they have used before?
