Need SEO experienced person.

Need some SEO work done. I have a site that has a few keywords, has been submitted to Google, and is linked to from one other site (that I know of). Anyone with decent knowledge regarding SEO PM or reply with your quote on the following:

- Submission to a few search engines (sitemap already created).
- SEO-friendly urls/Mod-rewrite (optional if you can do it)
- Link Exchange scripting, or just sufficient link exchanges.
- sufficient recognition by Search Engines (i know its not always possible but sufficient effort to do so)
- Anything else to optimize my domain in search results.

If the work is good i'll keep you in mind for future projects.
