I am looking for small projects to build up a portfolio of work. I am looking for sites for relatively small businesses or personal sites to work on, will code in HTML & CSS, but no PHP etc. Won't charge much, ranging from $10+, depending on size, complexity and any time limits. I will complete the whole site, or just offer a template if the customer wishes.

I will offer a concept image to the customer so they can decide what they like and don't like about the design, and there is no-upfront charge, only upon completion.

I will be offering hosting in the near-future also.
