domain Looking for quick appraisal please

Site is parked and makes about $35 a month. I think traffic mainly comes from SE's and type in...Domain was a male sex advice forum untill I parked it.

Will all you experienced domainers please help me estimate its value?

I like it. It's sellablle. I can see a psychiatrist, a counselor, a porn star, sex therapist, or a doctor using the domain name easily.

I'd say it's at least in $000 range. If you market it well, it might go for more.

As a traffic earner you'll get at least 1K from someone, which is 2 - 3 years of present traffic earnings. It's a common phrase, a useful sitename that makes obvious what's inside, and it provides a service people are looking for. I'd think you need to add a little value due to all that, the combination of it having decent traffic as well as being a clear, useable domain name to anyone who'd want to develop.

I'll say
reseller = $800 - 1.5K
end user = 2 - 3.5K, possibly more if they think it's ideal.

yea i think the domain is very descriptive, and its in a lucrative industry(sex). Solid name i think. At least high $xxx

if the traffic is mainly type-in, then this worth about 4-5 years of revenue, which comes out to be around 2-2.5k

If the traffic is through backlinks, then this one is worth about 1-2 years of revenue. 1k would be a good number in such a case.

Some people have said that since the domain is parked at Bodis and is earning 100% that brings down the value of the domain....what do you guys think?
