This domain is a geo one and usually (correct me if I am wrong) geo domains sell in the $XXX range. Also, "sellhousesmiami.com" is rather long in terms of characters, and sellers of properties typing this URL may make spelling mistakes. Ideally, in my opinion, it's best to find a 2-worded domain with less than 15 characters like for e.g. "SellHouses.com" as your asking price to sell may be higher, like in the $X,XXX range.
