I am looking for a ppc program that:

- Allows under 18 people to register (im 16)
- Pays through Paypal
- Good Payout
- Available to Canadians
- Good for joke sites
- has a 468x60 banner (with text or graphic banner)


Also, im looking for a place where i can get the domains that dont have hosting and get them to earn money from visiters (dont know what thats called :P) and that has this:
