I need betting exchange code/algoritm and database design for my betting site, using php and mysql innodb transactions

as reference use www.betfair.com , where punters place bets expecting to be matched by other side,

bet orders are served on first come first serve basis

bet orders must contain gameid, userid, timestamp, odds and amount and also generate orderid

if full amount of bet can not be matched, than the bet is split to matched bet and the unmatched bet,which is still kept open, waiting for additonal matching

code must be first of all secure, than efficient and optimized for high loads
