Looking for partners with advertising skills.

I am looking for a busines partner for my forum -

salespot.net/forum.

It's a forum on making money through websites/domain names

I will be in charge of doing the actual coding for the website (such as hiring coders, paying for the site, etc), but i need someone to get the traffic and get the forum moving and moderate the forum.

I will be sharing the ad revenue 60/40.
