Hello, My name is Mike Wiseman, i am a freelance web designer and I am looking for 1-2 partners. I dont really have a company i just do work as i comes, but i would like to startup a bussiness website (For A Website Design Bussiness) and I am looking for a few partners. I am looking for a designer, and a programmer

Designer:
Photoshop Skills - Must
Basic flash skills - Not Required
Template coding abilities - Basics Required

Programmer:
PHP skills - Must
HTML skills - Basics Required
Css - Not Required but would be a plus

I have already had a couple of clients (around 3-4 in the past months) and another client will be needing a website within the next 1-3 months.

Payments:

2 Staff Members (including me)
- 50% of google ads
- 40%-55% of the overall payment for the website (depends on amount of work)
- 50% of the sponsered link ads and other types of ads

3 Staff Members (including me)
- 33.3% of google ads profit
- 25%-45% of the overall payment for the website (depends on amount of work)
- 33.3% of the sponsered link ads and other types of ads
