Looking for mini-sites scripts

hay all,
I have lots of domains, and now i want to set up lots of mini-sites, but i have no content, as far as i know, whypark are the good one, it give content and we can free to join it. but i need more different ones like whypark (they provide content), could you tell me some?

I think Noomle is better than WhyPark

It provides free content also, and also has a forum where you can look for content writers
