200-500MB Space
3-5GB Bandwidth

Location: United States, outside Texas
Control Panel: Don't mind - only looking for Linux though. Must be able to use one cronjob.

The server must have net-snmp installed (snmpwalk, snmpget - note snmpd does not need to be running), UDP port 161 (ingress and egress) open and rrdtool 1.2 installed.

I am not looking to pay anymore than 10-15/month for this package. 99.9% uptime required. Uptime stats would be great. Please also post which state and datacenter the server is housed.
