Looking for host.

I am looking for a really good host thats very reliable and has good uptime. I would need no more than 1gb of space and the latest CPanel. I have my own domain name that I will be using. I cant pay in $$ but I would be willing to pay with NP$ if thats ok with you (the host). Any help is really appreciated.

I know I just had them as a host. They are VERY good but I just couldn't deal with all the downtime they are having right now.

No more than 2 or so FTP Accounts (I dont really use FTP)
No file restrictions
Proxy (if allowed)
Really good uptime.

Seeing as I dont have any cash, I would willing to pay with NP$ if thats ok with you.

Ewww, good luck man. If your looking to host a proxy site your most likely going to need a vps. Proxies eat up resources like crazy.

Im dont need to host a proxy. Thats not a big deal if I cant. I kinda new I probably wasn't gping to be able to host it but it was worth a try. If I can't then it's no big deal.
