Looking for 500mb of space

Bandwith : 10 gigs (I'll prob be using 1-2 gigs monthly only)
Unlimited sql database
3 Add on Domains
Cpanel + Fantastico (not really necessary but would be nice)
Linux server

I prefer to pay 6 months in advance or monthly if you prefer through paypal subscriptions.

I'll be hosting my personal blog.It's using Wordpress.The new host must help me transfer my blog from my current host.Current host is using Cpanel so should be easy if the new host is using cpanel/whm too.

I'm not looking to pay more than $40 a year so please only make an offer if you can provide hosting at a price lower than that.

Please provide your server's uptime/downtime too.

It's now being hosted by RickyG. I have a reseller account with him.

Initially I went with one of the offers I found at the WebHosting Offers subforum but the guy had some problems transferring my site.So I decided to just host it at my reseller acct.
