My site is a signature hosting service that hosts forum signature pictures for free.

It currently pulls appoximately 650 uniques per day (actual visitors to the site, not people remotely loading hosted images). Of those visitors, nearly all of them are forumers so a link exchange should be beneficial for the both of us.

Your link would appear sitewide in the footer under "Recommended Forums".
I am looking for sitewide links on forums back to my site and currently not interested in Webmaster or Hosting related forums.
