Looking for Development Partner/Sort of

Okay, Ive been HARD at work for several months on a domain name/website idea that is very unique. I have lots of promotion planned and etc, and I have nearly no doubt in my mind that I will have an extremely high amount of traffic. Im looking for someone that would be willing to sell the advertising on the website as they see fit as long as you could host it in an acceptable manner. I have my own dedicated server so chances are I might not need your help with hosting/advertising but Id like to know that If I needed to sell lots of valuable advertising or get mroe hosting where to go to.

Just as a bit of advice. GOOD LUCK selling advertising on a website. It's virtually impossible to get money from any company for a website alone. If you have an offline presence it's easier. The only people who will pay to be on your website are those who are only on the web and the $$ is low. Good luck though.
