Hello i am wanting to setup a new site which is going to sell banner advertising.
I have bought the program www.w3matter.com which will let us easily keep control of the clicks hits and payments made by the users and the people advertising.
I am looking for someone who can host the site and also design it in exchange for the cost of the program i bought $149.
We will also need a domain to go with it if you own one that will fit in thats a bonus also i am looking at spending around $150 usd to start the site off.

I dont want this to be a site where it falls through a week after launch.
