partner wanted for hosting site

Hi,

I've opened my new hosting business up http://www.hostbig.net and i'm looking for a partner who would have an equal share in the business.

Sites monthly spend:
$35 for server
$19.95 for awbs

So the site needs to make enough money to support that and be a good profit.

Things needed:
468x60 advertising banner
advertising
general admin
ideas
2 months spend for the server and awbs

The person im after must have some experience in the hosting and web design area, so we can put hostbig no1 out of all the other hosting companies.

The person must be able to come up with new ideas on advertising, site design and the company as itself.

How much do you have in the way of start-up?
Have you had a lawyer draft your business plan, TOS, AUP, Privacy and other legal documentation?
Do you have funds to survive for 12 months without profit?

Hi i was making about $100 a month but my computer went down so i couldn't pay for the server and awbs license, but know its back up i want to do things right and get this site going again.

I would like the partner to have some web design skills, so we can offer that service on the website.
