Looking for developer

I have a catagory killer domain in a certain finance niche and need a very profesional site set up that will bring it to the top of the seach results for the term, I am looking for a developer that will get unique content written for it along with news feeds related to the term and a form to take information from users who want more informaton on how to invest in this particulare type of investment.

Three goals for the site would be to
1)get to top result for search for term
2) make money through adsense.
3) get users to fill in form so I can sell the leads.

Budget is $150
