Looking For Chat Room with these features:

I have a client who has been searching high & low for a chat room that meets the below criteria. I would REALLY love to hear from you if you have any recommendations, or places to look. Either subscription based or purchased software is fine. Thank you!

Here is what they are lookingf for:

We are trying to find a Chat Room with specific features:

1) It must be web based (java?)...so there will be no install problems.
2) Must have voice-speak...moderator can talk to everyone (if possible,
also to just one member at a time).
3) Must have text chat...moderator can text to everyone (if possible,
also to just one member at a time).
4) Must have application sharing (a real time quoting chart for all
members to view).
5) Moderator must be able to "bounce" any unruly member.
6) Moderator should be able to see the # of members in the room.
Also, be able to hide this feature from members.
7) Live voice support.
8) Password protected chat room.

We have spent many-many man hours attempting to locate
a chat room provider with these features.

Item # 1 above is critically important.
