I am seriously considering changing my site. I am thinking of somehow making it more topic oriented. It is just too general to ever succeed.
The site is www.talkandmore.net --- I am just not sure what direction I should take it. I was thinking of perhaps integrating a cell phone store and maybe having product forums etc???
What are some other options??? If I do decide to make this change how should I do it??? Should I kind of add on to the site and then remove some of the other forums or what?????
When I put this site together everyone said that I needed a topic but I wanted a site with everything for everyone!
From a money making perspective the site is starting to do better again. The thing is that the site gets more guests that visit and then leave than members. Sales are starting to pick up a bit, the ads are doing better but the forums are often dead.....
Any ideas on this I would love to hear. I am open to anything really...
