Looking for a specific music store

I'm looking for a legal & up2date music download site or software, that you can send gift certificates to via email using PayPal.

iTunes accepts PayPal but you can't purchase Gift Certificates with PayPal.

Napster accepts PayPal but I cannot find anything about Gift certificates.

If it has an API, that would be awesome, but not a neccessity.

You can just go in iTunes, go to the music store, click iTunes, and click email? Is that what you're looking for? I think if you have your main payment method as paypal it will charge you through paypal? I'm not sure. Oh and they have Gift this Music which definitely does charge through paypal.

iTunes - you cant send Gift Certificates using PayPal (there's a notice on the Gift Cert page), but thanks anyway Humdizzy.

Sabre, although that is one awesomely cheap website, there is no option to pay directly via PayPal... but there is XROST, but thats very indirectly.
