Looking for a shopping cart (see features needed)

I am currently using CubeCart, but am in need of some modifications or some suggestions on a different shopping cart system to meet my needs.

I need a shopping cart system, which will allow me to sell products for FREE as long as the buyer pays for services offered to them along with the product. They can also just pay for the product outright, if they choose that they do not want the service, but just the product.

Let me give you an example from my site:

A person would like to purchase a new sink faucet. The faucet will cost them $75 dollars if they purchase it outright from me. But if they purchase the installation services, at $50 dollars an hour for a minimum of 2 hours, they get the faucet for free.

I need a shopping cart that will also allow payment to easily be taken through merchant account that will accept all major credit cards and will be able to perform reoccurring billing for me when I have clients that would like to pay for a monthly service plan.

I have been using cubecart, as I stated above, and it does not allow me to do the above things.

I am willing to pay someone to make these mods, or I am willing to buy a script that will allow all of the above, if the price is reasonable.

Please contact me though this thread or PM regarding this. All suggestions are greatly appreciated. If you are a programmer or think you can modify or get me a script that can do the above...please contact me as well. I need my fellow NP members help on this one.
