Can anyone create a press release php script like this:

On getafreelancer people are saying they could make a script like this within 7 days:

I have also read some people could just modify an article script(if the article script allowed it).

I want people to submit press releases for FREE and i'd want as much adsense ads as google would allow. I'd also want to be able to setup the script so it worked with "google's news inclusion" settings so when people submit the press release it'll show up in google news.

It'd just be a basic script. i don't want it to support images or have members that signup,or have a paid option.i'd want it to have rss though and a nice looking template and h1 and h2 tags,the adsense ads to display relevant ads to the press release so if the press release was about cars the,the adsense ads will shows ads about cars.
I'd want people to submit their press releases by them writing it in boxes like this:

(apart from the payment box,and release date(all releases will be immediate release)

Then i'd like the script to have an online admin panel where i approve the press releases. The latest press releases will be display on the front page and there will also be categories.

I wouldn't pay more than US$30 for the script.

First google doesn't exactly have "google's news inclusion" - they are picky about who they feature on their news feeds. You have to prove to them that you are a legit company with an editorial statement/staff etc etc.

And for the price you are looking for you will be very hard pressed to find a competent coder. Sorry - just being honest.

You could modify a cms to do it - I have for the exact same thing, but it would cost far more than $30.

Because he will probably also do it for US$ 30. But then do not expect quality work at all.

Given this shall be a unique application for you (and not only being licensed) I wouldnt even start below US$ 150 (probably more, but hard to say without exact specifications).

Probably a variation of the article script would do something pretty close. And we are almost done with phpLD Article which will even be more flexible.
