Looking for a registrar like internet.bs

Hi. Can you guys recommend me a good registrar with prices like $8-10 for a .com, not based in the US. I'm not going to use the domains for spam or any other shady activity, just looking for a reliable cheap registrar to diversify from internet.bs, I think it's a good idea to keep your eggs in a few baskets.
