.mobi Affiliates List, Please Post Here

What mobile affiliates are out there, and which ones are the best? If anyone has experience with them, please share your experiences, both good and bad.

I'm looking to monetize my music domains (mobitunes.mobi and etunes.mobi) and would like to get a revenue generating site up and running fairly fast.

Thanks for your input.

Here are the mobile affiliates that I have used:

Pay-per-click Advertising
http://admob.com
http://adbid.mobi
Third Screen Media

Adult
http://www.sexgoesmobile.com

Music, Ringtones
Media Plazza

Travel
IAN.com
www.flexrez.com (Priceline)

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
Another mobile ad company is thirdscreenmedia.com.

Have you looked into mediplazza.com at all yet? Their support sucks rocks but if you know how to code you may be able to work through their XML feeds for content that is .mobi compliant. I tried getting some help from them to build gaming.mobi but they simply wouldn't respond.

Does IAN offer mobile payment for hotels now?

How is IAN.com? I've never heard of them....

I'm looking for a good music affiliate also for a future mobile music project.

Scandi, are you using mediaplazza?

I tried working with them but their games were weak and their support...:'( Maybe they are better for ringtones and wallpaper.

IAN is the affiliate business behind hotels.com

This thread could be worth making it sticky as it could turn out to be a good section to find mobile enabled affiliates etc??? I've just read about affiliates that i never knew existed let alone used!!!

Yea, but no online booking via mobile. Also when your visitors go to the phone help your earnings go down the toilet. At least that is how it used to be, I haven't read their agreement for a few years.

But back to the music stuff, ezinaz, have you looked into mediaplazza before?

I haven't used mediaplazza. I'll give it a look-see.

And yes, the earnings are lower when the customer calls to book their reservation. I guess something is better than nothing.

I'm really trying to figure out how to make money with my domains, but am struggling a bit. I've made $1.61 on admob, about 1/4 of that on adbid, and thats about it.

I just added mobile videos to http://virgins.mobi, so perhaps that will bring in some money. Music is my next target...I'll give mediaplazza a go.

I set up Media Plazza on http://mobitunes.mobi, but I haven't found a MOBI compliant site from them yet. Do you know if they have a mobile version available?

No, that was the whole problem, currently they don't have one. The only way I could see doing it is building it custom from the XML feeds but that is beyond my skills and I wasn't sure it was worth the effort dealing with it for just games because they were pretty weak in that area IMO. Their whole model seems to revolve around browsing and shopping on the PC and sending it to the phone. It is not inherently a mobile centric experience so will require much modification which their support was not inclined to provide (answering e-mail is such a drag anyway).
