Looking for a Chinese Translator

I'm assuming it's chinese anyhows. I just get a load of "???" coming up.

No idae what it's about, and wondering whether you could tell me more. Also, the owner has an email address at 163.com sooo, I'm assuming that's like an AOL equivilent..or gmail.

Some of the ads are in Chinese, and the main headings (images) are but the text is not.

Such as 163.com, sohu.com, 126.com and so on are the free email, similar to yahoo.com and hotmail.com.

The title of the homepage is 'GreatWall Network' in English.
I really donn't know why they used CZ to replace GreatWall,
CC is the correct pin yin abbreviate for ChangCheng(Great Wall).
Lan means net in China.
