Looking at backlinks when picking up domains for parking.

Hi, do you look at the backlinks of a domain that you are interested in catching?

I've seen a lot of domains like this:

Is it okay to pick these up or should I avoid them since they might be banned by google?

Whats your thoughts on this.

Also, are there certain types of backlinks we should avoid(eg. porn, chinese)?

I think the first thing you should do is make sure it is not faillisted by google. Personally, getting $0.01 or less per click isn't going to get you rich. You'd be much better off, imho, going for high paying keyword domains like health, insurance, etc

Domains with the backlinks you listed I avoid like a plague .....too much work to get the domain not to be seen as spammy by the search engines.
